Not just the Queen's, but from my English too

Cool. The boffins have released the 2006 List of Words and Phrases Banished from the Queen's English for Mis-Use, Over-Use and General Uselessness.

I agree. I haven't read the full list of words and phrases banned, but I would add the Australian politician's favourite brain-goo phrase: "At the end of the day".
